DAVID MUÑOZ (Barcelona, 1980)
Winner of the Jury Award at the III Antic Horror Picture Show for "Fist of Jesus".
He has directed several short films in the Fantastic genre, which have received more
than 140 awards and been selected 600 times. These include the recent "Fist of Jesus"
(2012), "Brutal Relax" (2010) and "Barcelona Venecia" (2009).
He has also directed a documentary, "El Arte de Macario Gómez", about well-known
film poster artist "Mac".
At present together with Adrián Cardona he is preparing "Once Upon A Time in
Jerusalem", a feature-length adaptation of "Fist of Jesus".
DANIEL M. CANEIRO (Barcelona, 1978)
Winner of the Audience Award at the III Antic Horror Picture Show for "Con la comida
no se juega".
He has worked as director, scriptwriter, script consultant, story editor, and freelance
infographics designer for film production companies, TV and advertising, combining
these activities with teaching film direction, scriptwriting and post-production at various
education facilities, most notably the International University of Catalunya and APPLE
INC.
He is currently directing a documentary, "Cuero Español", produced by Enunai
Produccions, and has just signed a contract to provide script and direction to the feature
film "Madurar a los 30".
EDUARDO GIÓN (Vilanova i la Geltrú, 1974)
A regular collaborator with the Antic Teatre of Barcelona, in addition to making several
short films in Super 8 format such as "Imágenes olvidadas" (2003) he has worked as
director's assistant for short and feature films in 35mm screened at events such as 080
Barcelona, II Mostra de Súper 8 de Barcelona or on diverse TV programmes.
His 2008 short film "Träne"was shown on the gay cinema circuit of Andalusia and at
several festivals in Germany for gay cinema. That same year he made the documentary
"El abrazo del Erizo", which was screened at the Wide Side Film Festival in NewYork.
In 2011 he premiered "Madame Arthur", a documentary which looked at the artistic
side of one of Barcelona's first drag acts. His most recent film, "Lentejuelas de Sangre",
relating the artistic contribution to the Spanish horror genre by Pierrot, is being screened
at different festivals, having officially premiered at Sitges International Festival 2012.
